Want to set up a Nevada corporation? Now you are going to have to pay a license fee of $500/ year. Add resident agent services and mail forwarding and you are probably looking at $800 or so a year.
Going to take a salary from that corporation? Guess what Nevada just imposed a payroll tax of between 1.4% and 2%.
By the way there is a good chance that your home state is going to require you to register your Nevada corp in your home state as well. You just doubled down on your fees.
Before you blindly set up a Nevada corporation, make sure you know exactly what you are getting into.
